"Exchange Process Was More Hassle Than Expected"
I tried to exchange a hoodie and felt like I was getting bounced around for days. To be fair, they did eventually respond, but the replies were slow and the exchange rules weren’t very clear. On top of that, I still had to pay extra for shipping, which made the whole thing feel not really worth the headache.

"Unexpected duties and frustrating support"
I ordered from amiri internationally and the duties ended up being way higher than I expected. Shipping also took longer than I thought it would, which just made the whole experience more annoying. I don’t feel like checkout made the extra costs clear enough, and when I reached out to support, it kind of felt like they were blaming me for not already knowing. Overall, not a great experience, and I probably won’t order direct again.

I ordered from amiri.com, i’m probably a little biased because I expect a lot from a brand at this price point. But the tracking just sat there for days with no real update, which was super frustrating. I reached out to customer service hoping they’d at least give me some clarity, but they weren’t helpful at all. Overall, it left a really bad impression, especially considering how much you’re paying

"Got the wrong Amiri shirt"
I ordered a black Amiri shirt in a specific size and somehow got a completely different color and size instead. The packing slip actually showed the right order so I have no idea how it got mixed up. Customer service was slow to get back to me and I had to keep following up which made it even more frustrating. For what this stuff costs getting the order right should be the easiest part...

The order arrived in a smashed-up box with hardly any padding inside, which really annoyed me. For what I paid, I shouldn’t have to keep explaining that decent packaging matters. The item somehow made it through okay, but the whole unboxing felt cheap and careless. Definitely not the experience I thought I was paying for

"Disappointing stitching for what it costs"
I ordered a hoodie from amiri.com and noticed the issues almost right away, even while I was in a rush trying it on. There were loose threads around the cuffs, and the print looked slightly off like it hadn’t been lined up properly.

For the price, I really expected it to feel more carefully made. After wearing it twice, the seam near the pocket already started to open up, which was frustrating. Customer support took a while to respond too, so the whole thing just felt like a cheap hoodie with an expensive label on it.

"Honestly, the site is a mess"
I tried using the site and it was basically unusable. Nothing seemed to work the way it should, and after a while it just felt unfair to customers who are expected to spend their time dealing with it. If a company is going to offer an online service, they really should make sure it actually functions.

"Fell apart way too fast"
I bought a pair of jeans from amiri.com, i’m frustrated. After only a few wears, the stitching started coming loose, which is the last thing I expected at this price point.

I wasn’t doing anything rough in them, just regular everyday wear, so it really feels like I paid a lot for something I’m now worried I’ve basically lost money on. The material seems way too delicate for jeans, and I’m disappointed because I really wanted them to last.

I was disappointed with this. When I first got it, I thought it seemed okay, but after using it for a week or two the stitching already started looking rough. By the end of the month, it felt cheap and not very well made. I wouldn’t buy it again

Shopping on amiri.com has been annoying, honestly. Every time I finally find something I actually like, my size is either already gone or it says it’s available and then later turns out to be out of stock. It feels like the site isn’t updated properly, which is super frustrating. I keep checking back and it just feels like a waste of time. For the prIces they charge, I really expected a smoother experience.

"Wanted to like it, but it felt cheap"
I was excited when this arrived, and at first I really wanted to like it. But once I tried it on, I felt disappointed. The fabric was thinner than I expected, and I noticed the stitching looked rough in a few spots. Maybe I had my hopes too high, but for the price, it just didn’t feel worth it. I was expecting better materials and a nicer finish, and after wearing it, it just felt kind of cheap.

I was hoping this would be an easy win, but it definitely runs small. I ordered my usual size and it felt tighter than expected. This is where it got annoying: the fit wasn’t just small, it also felt kind of weird and uncomfortable once I actually had it on. I’d probably size up, but I’m not sure that would fix the overall feel.

"Refund process is a joke"
I sent my order back and it was delivered to them over two weeks ago, but I’m still sitting here with no refund. All I keep getting are the same copy-and-paste replies saying it’s “being processed.” Come on, what kind of nonsense is that? For the prices they charge, you’d think these jokers would have their returns sorted out better. If they already have the item back, it shouldn’t take forever to give me my money. i won’t be ordering again unless they get their act together. Really annoying experience.
